We started before the doors opened

Most restaurants hire marketing after they open. Suwanee Social opened with it.

The challenge

Suwanee Social is a new dining concept that we supported before its opening, working comprehensively from pre-launch to active operations. Our role was both strategic and operational, covering concept definition and positioning, and pre-launch, launch and post-opening continuity strategy.

The results

A record month, three months after opening.

Net sales grew every single month from opening night. December closed 83% above the month the doors opened.

What we did

A full marketing system, built before there was a restaurant

Nothing existed to optimize, so every channel was built from zero and pointed at opening day.

  • Brand Positioning & StorytellingDefined what the concept stood for and how it would be told, so the brand had something to say before it had customers.
  • Digital Identity & Content DirectionColors, typography and a shooting brief, so every post looked like the same restaurant from week one.
  • Social Media ManagementAn Instagram account opened from zero and run daily, from the teaser campaign through the opening weeks and beyond.
  • Content CreationBehind-the-scenes content and a countdown before opening, then real-time coverage while the dining room filled.
  • Influencer StrategyCreator coordination and UGC around the soft opening, so the first reviews came from people the neighborhood follows.
  • Website & Digital ExperienceA high-converting landing page live before the doors were, carrying the concept, the menu and the reservation.
  • Paid AdvertisingMeta and Google campaigns activated for the opening and optimized continuously against what actually drove visits.
  • Google Business OptimizationThe profile claimed and tuned for local search before opening, so the restaurant was findable on day one.
  • Online Reputation ManagementA system for generating reviews from the first week, and positioning managed as the volume grew.
Suwanee Social

Opening day is the deadline, not the starting line. Here's what it actually took.

The launch timeline

From empty room to full house.

Three stages, one team. Each one hands the next a restaurant that is further along than it was.

  1. 01Foundation & demand

    Pre-Launch

Positioning, identity and content direction came first. Instagram, the Google profile and the website went live before the doors did, with teasers and a countdown building an audience.

  2. 02Traffic & conversion

    Launch

Paid media on Meta and Google, content produced in real time, influencers and UGC coordinated, local SEO tuned. Reviews and community management ran from week one.

  3. 03Scaling & optimization

    Post-Launch

Paid media optimization became continuous, guided by customer behavior and content performance. Retargeting and community work held retention while reputation management kept the channels steady.

Brand Foundation

One concept. Defined before day one.

Before Suwanee Social could open its doors, we had to define what it actually was: the positioning, the story, and a look that would hold together across every channel from the very first post.

01Visual identity

A look decided before there was a room to shoot

Colors, typography and logo rules, set during pre-launch so the first post and the hundredth came from the same system.

02Application

Across every channel, from the first week

Applied across the ecosystem we built from scratch: Instagram, the Google Business Profile, and a website built to convert intent into visits.

Social Media

From zero audience to an active community.

Suwanee Social opened with no audience to inherit, so every digital channel was built from scratch. Instagram carried the concept before the doors opened and kept an active community from the first months, positioning the brand quickly in the local market.

Content Creation

Content from before day one.

Teaser campaigns, behind-the-scenes content and a countdown carried the concept before opening, then content ran in real time through the opening weeks and never stopped.

Website, SEO & Online Reputation

Found in Suwanee. Booked before they arrive.

Three channels built from nothing: a site that takes the booking, a Google profile that gets found, and a review system running from the first week.

01Web Design & Development

Live before the doors were

Built as a high-converting landing page while the restaurant was still under construction, so the concept had somewhere to send the demand it was creating. Every path a guest might want sits one tap from the fold.
  • Reservations

Booking from the fold, straight into OpenTable

  • Online ordering

Its own path for the nights they stay in

  • Menu

  • Private events & catering

02Local SEO

A profile that had to exist before the restaurant did

A new concept has no search history to inherit. The Google Business Profile went up during pre-launch so the listing was complete on day one, and the site points back at it.
